Shipping
Policy
We will endevour to get all voice amplifiers shipped out as soon as possible. All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Australia Post
FedEx
DHL
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Refund & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product 30 days from purchase date and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Warranty
Thinc products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for product failure.
